When you send an enquiry through this website

Our contact assistant asks for the type of request, your name, your company if you wish to give it, an email address or phone number, and your message. You must actively give consent before it can be sent.

We use this only to read and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing already carried out.

Each enquiry is delivered to us by email and as a message in a private team chat, so that a request cannot be lost if one channel fails. Our email delivery provider and Telegram Messenger Inc. therefore process this data on our behalf, and it may be stored outside the EU and EEA. If you would prefer not to use these channels, you are welcome to telephone us instead.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

When you call our assistant on +46 11 495 70 16

The conversation is transcribed to text so that our assistant can understand and answer you. Our assistant states this at the start of the call. That transcript is kept for 30 days so we can review quality and correct mistakes, and is then deleted automatically.

If you ask us to call you back or to arrange a meeting, we save your message together with your telephone number, because we cannot return your call without it. We discard the technical connection details that accompany the call, such as signalling addresses, which serve no purpose for us.

A callback or meeting is never confirmed by the assistant. A person at TellAR reviews the request and confirms any time with you directly.

To provide this service we use a telephony provider to carry the call and OpenAI to run the conversational model and the transcription. OpenAI processes this data on our behalf in the United States. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries to our business (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels.

The site stores one item in your browser: your chosen language, so the site opens in Swedish or English as you prefer. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser at any time.

Content loaded from other services

All fonts, images and video on this site are served from our own servers. Your browser is not asked to contact any third party in order to display this website.

Technical data

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, or portability. Write to omar@tell-ar.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
